SRGE

The SRGE construction accelerator, designed to catalyze underrepresented and underserved business entities’ growth, is a cutting-edge technology that streamlines construction processes, expedites project timelines and increases overall efficiency. 


Objective: Develop a marketing plan that includes inbound marketing and social media marketing strategies to position the organization for growth.

Boston Building Resources

We inspire, educate, and empower homeowners to increase the efficiency and value of their homes. We focus on affordable solutions that help all of our neighbors.


Objective: develop two separate nonprofit marketing plans tailored for the Reuse Center and the Co-Op respectively to increase brand awareness and influence growth.

Browning The Green Space

Browning the Green Space is a coalition of leaders and organizations, primarily in the New England region, that share the passion to advance Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (“DEI”) in clean energy. Our goal is to increase the participation and leadership of Black and Brown people and of women (collectively, “underrepresented groups”) in the clean energy space and beyond (e.g., wasted food, water, agtech) in the Northeast.


Objective: Lead a "Perfect Your 5-Minute Pitch" workshop for BGS ACCESS program (accelerator) participants.

Northeast Clean Energy Council (NECEC)

NECEC is the premier voice of businesses building a world-class clean energy hub in the Northeast. NECEC brings together business leaders and key stakeholders to engage in influential policy discussions and business initiatives while building connections that propel the clean energy industry forward.


Objective: Design the Green Future 2023 Gala. MTM was one of three MBWE businesses, led by Gail Jackson Communications, that partnered together to develop the green design concept and bring it to fruition. Over 500 attendees enjoyed an immersive experience we were honored to create.

2023 NAACP Convention

Boston Branch 


Objective: Increase awareness of all of the major components of the convention; conduct media relations to secure ad buys and organic coverage in local community outlets throughout Boston and greater Boston; manage relationships with news media during event coverage. MTM was one of three MBWE businesses, led by Gail Jackson Communications, that partnered together to draft press releases, media advisories, conduct media outreach, negotiate ad buys and stay within budget, secured extensive media coverage, including mainstream TV, radio, social media and newspaper outlets. Reach included, but was not limited to the Bay State Banner, SPARK FM, WOCC Radio, Channels 5 and 7, Boston Globe, and the Boston Business Journal.

Women of Color in the Academy

2023 Workshop session speaker.


Objective: lead a compelling and interactive workshop focused on networking, designed for women of color in academia.

MTM developed the workshop session: "Networking as a Form of Rebellion: Speak Up Sis!" for the 2023 WOCIA conference. The packed room enjoyed an intimate experience as they learned from each other about ways to navigate higher education and the overall workforce.
