The organization is founded and run by Dr. Michelle Miller Groves; Seasoned Social Impact Marketer, Educator + Interdisciplinary Executive Leader in the Marketing field. With years of work within higher education, nonprofit, corporate sector and a genuine desire for social change, Michelle has helped her organization’s achieve growth.
 

At MTM, we know how hard it is to run a business. Born to Jamaican immigrants and the first to earn a doctorate degree in her family, Michelle understands the journey of having barriers in place that make the business sector not only hard for many BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, & People of Color) but also women. Together, we can begin to break down some of those walls and
change the narrative.
 

What makes MTM different, is that we are proactively committed to establishing equity in opportunity communities. We are passionate about improving and increasing awareness of Black women-owned enterprises. Employing a diverse team allows us to gain perspective and better serve our clients to be a part of bridging the gap that exists between women of color in
the marketplace.
